The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AFS Offroad. AFS Offroad operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a shopping experience through our online store.
AFS Offroad is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in these terms, describe your rights and responsibilities when you visit, interact with or purchase from our website.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our website, or by purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our website.
Section 1 - Access and Account
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, territory or place of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependants to use this website on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use our website or purchase products from us, you may be asked to provide certain information, including your name, email address, billing details, payment details and shipping information.
You agree that all information you provide to us is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to any other person.
Section 2 - Our Products
We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate descriptions, images and details of our products. However, product colours, finish, appearance and details may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen due to device type, screen settings, lighting and production methods.
Many of our products are manufactured using 3D-printed construction. Minor visible layer lines, small surface variations and slight differences in finish may be present and are considered normal for this manufacturing process.
Product descriptions, specifications, prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the sale of any product at any time. We may limit quantities offered to any person, region or jurisdiction at our discretion.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Section 3 - Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel or modify an order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, shipping limitations or errors in product information.
Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin processing the order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted or production has commenced, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or change requests.
If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Section 4 - Prices and Billing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts, offers and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, unless there is an obvious pricing error.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping, handling, customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made through our website.
You represent and warrant that:

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, natural events, supply delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the shipping carrier. However, nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Additional charges may apply if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Section 6 - Product Installation and Use
Our products are intended to be installed and used appropriately for their stated purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring that any product purchased from us is suitable for your intended application, vehicle, panel material, installation location and operating environment.
Products should be installed carefully and in accordance with any instructions, product notes or guidance provided by us.
Mounting hardware should only be tightened enough to secure the product firmly in place. Do not overtighten mounting screws or fasteners, as excessive force may cause cracking, deformation or damage to the product.
Where products are used in electrical, 12V, 24V, vehicle, marine, caravan, camping or off-road applications, you are responsible for ensuring that installation is carried out safely and, where required, by a suitably qualified person.
