Order Processing

AFS Offroad products are generally made to order.

Please allow production and processing time before your order is dispatched. Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, material availability and current workload.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia.

International shipping may be available for selected products or regions. If international shipping is available at checkout, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, local charges or clearance fees.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the order size, weight, delivery location and shipping method selected.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout or provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, public holidays, weather events, regional access, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

AFS Offroad is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. However, we will assist where reasonably possible if an order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit.

Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses must not mislead customers about delivery times, and customers retain consumer guarantee rights when buying online. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

AFS Offroad is not responsible for orders delayed, returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or failure to collect, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, photos of any damage, and any relevant delivery information.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Authority to Leave

If you select or request authority to leave, the carrier may leave your parcel at the delivery address without a signature.

AFS Offroad is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after being marked as delivered where authority to leave has been selected or requested.

Made-to-Order Products

Because many AFS Offroad products are made to order, dispatch times may vary.

Production time is separate from shipping time. The estimated delivery time begins once the order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be offered where available. If local pickup is available, details will be shown at checkout or arranged directly with us.
