Build Your Own Flush Mount

Build a custom Anderson, Deutsch and Starlink flush mount around your actual setup — not the other way around.

Choose up to three cutouts — Anderson, 3 Pole, Deutsch DT, Starlink RJ45 or Starlink Mini DC — for a clean, flush connection point through the panel of your canopy, tray, toolbox, caravan, camper or 4WD. Each mount is made to order in Australia.

Does the plug come with it?

If you add an Anderson plug in the configurator, one matching plug is included for each cutout you add it to, supplied loose. If you don't, this is the mount only. Starlink RJ45 and Starlink Mini DC cutouts include their waterproof plug in the price shown on the cutout, supplied loose. AFS does not sell 3 Pole or Deutsch plugs — fit your own to those cutouts. More Anderson plugs are available in Anderson Plugs and Accessories. Cables are not included; matching dust covers can be added when in stock.

• Anderson — SB50, SB120, SB175 or SB350.
• 3 Pole — 3 Pole SB50 or 3 Pole SB175.
• Deutsch DT — 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 or 12 Pin.
• Starlink — RJ45 network plug (+A$15) or Starlink Mini DC plug (+A$45).
• Colour — Black or White.
• Labels — add optional front labels so you can tell your circuits apart.

Printed from UV-stable ASA-GF with a flexible TPU gasket behind it to cushion the mount and cut down dust, rattle and vibration.

Fitting it

Fits through a panel cutout and screws down over the gasket with the supplied stainless hardware — snug it up, no need to overtighten.
