Installation and gasket template

- Basic to intermediate DIY; drilling and rear-panel access are required.
- Required access holes
- Use the gasket to mark each cable or connector entry position. Drill separate access holes sized only for the cables or connector bodies; do not remove the entire inner opening.
- Marking template
- No download is required. Use the supplied gasket as the full-size template for the individual access holes and M5 mounting-hole centres.
Disconnect power, check both sides of the panel, confirm cable bend clearance and deburr every drilled edge before assembly.

Deutsch + Twin Anderson Plug Surface Mount
A clean, secure way to mount one Deutsch DT plug alongside two regular Anderson power plugs on your canopy, tray, toolbox, caravan, camper trailer or 4WD setup.
Ideal for keeping a main power connection, a second power connection and a smaller accessory connection neat, protected and easy to access in one location.
The first position is a Deutsch DT plug in the pin count you choose. The second and third positions are regular Anderson plugs in the sizes you choose.
Custom Labels
Optional front labels can be added to identify each circuit.

Designed and made in Australia by AFS Offroad from ASA-GF, a strong UV-resistant material suited to outdoor use.
The included Flexible TPU mounting gasket is selected for flexibility, heat resistance, UV resistance and outdoor 4WD/canopy installs.
What Plug Do I Need?
Position one is a Deutsch DT plug for lighting, switches, signals and smaller accessory wiring. Positions two and three can be selected to suit SB50, SB120, SB175 or SB350 Anderson plugs.

Installation
The countersunk mounting holes allow the mount to clamp down evenly over the gasket. Snug the screws down; no need to overtighten.

Important: water protection and electrical installation
Not waterproof: Dust covers, mounting gaskets and connector mounts do not create a waterproof or watertight seal. Install them in a protected location away from direct spray, high-pressure water and immersion.
Qualified installation required: All electrical wiring and installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified electrician or auto electrician, as appropriate. The installer must select correctly rated cable, terminals, fusing and circuit protection for the application.
