Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Change-of-mind returns
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns on:

For approved change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If a product has a problem that meets the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first, where approved, and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, plus any additional time required by your bank or payment provider.
