Build Your Own Anderson & Deutsch Surface Mount

Choose your own Anderson and Deutsch layout so the mount matches your actual setup, not the other way around.

This is the most flexible option for custom canopy, caravan, trailer and 4WD wiring where you need power connections, accessory wiring or signal wiring grouped into one clean external mount. If our Single, Double or Triple mounts don't cover the exact combination you need, this is the option to use.

Designed for canopies, trays, toolboxes, caravans, camper trailers, utes and 4WD setups.

Custom Connector Layout

Use Anderson-style plugs for power connections, and Deutsch DT connectors for low-current accessory and signal wiring such as cameras, water tank level sensors, switches, lighting triggers and accessories.

The rounded, low-profile design gives the mount a clean OEM-style finish while keeping it strong and practical for real-world installs.

Secure Plug Fitment

The included flexible TPU gasket helps hold the selected connectors firmly in place and separates them from the mounting surface. This helps reduce movement, rubbing, scuffing and vibration wear around the connectors.

Mounting Gasket

The flexible gasket helps reduce dust, vibration and incidental splash around the connector openings when installed correctly. It does not create a waterproof or watertight seal.

A lower lip helps direct incidental moisture away from the connectors. Where applicable, a dust cover cable cutout can be built into the mount for a compatible dust cover; the cover is not waterproof or watertight.

Physical Mounting

Extra cable clearance behind the connectors makes installation easier, especially when using larger cable sizes.

The M5 countersunk mounting holes allow the mount to clamp down evenly and securely over the gasket. Snug the mounting screws down; no need to overtighten.

Important: water protection and electrical installation

Not waterproof: Dust covers, mounting gaskets and connector mounts do not create a waterproof or watertight seal. Install them in a protected location away from direct spray, high-pressure water and immersion.

Qualified installation required: All electrical wiring and installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified electrician or auto electrician, as appropriate. The installer must select correctly rated cable, terminals, fusing and circuit protection for the application.
