Installation and gasket template

- Basic to intermediate DIY; drilling and rear-panel access are required.
- Required access holes
- Use the gasket to mark each cable or connector entry position. Drill separate access holes sized only for the cables or connector bodies; do not remove the entire inner opening.
- Marking template
- No download is required. Use the supplied gasket as the full-size template for the individual access holes and M5 mounting-hole centres.
Disconnect power, check both sides of the panel, confirm cable bend clearance and deburr every drilled edge before assembly.

A clean, secure way to mount one 3 Pole Anderson-style plug on your canopy, tray, toolbox, caravan, camper trailer or 4WD setup.
Designed for DCDC charger setups where positive, negative and ignition trigger wiring need to be grouped into one external plug connection.
Ideal for keeping your DCDC wiring neat and easy to access, instead of having a loose plug hanging off a cable or cable-tied to your setup.

The included Flexible TPU mounting gasket is selected for flexibility, heat resistance, UV resistance and outdoor 4WD/canopy installs.

Installation
The countersunk mounting holes allow the mount to clamp down evenly over the gasket. Snug the screws down; no need to overtighten.

Important: water protection and electrical installation
Not waterproof: Dust covers, mounting gaskets and connector mounts do not create a waterproof or watertight seal. Install them in a protected location away from direct spray, high-pressure water and immersion.
Qualified installation required: All electrical wiring and installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified electrician or auto electrician, as appropriate. The installer must select correctly rated cable, terminals, fusing and circuit protection for the application.
